Meet Lia

Lia began her career with a dream, fascinated by the craftsmanship and art hidden behind baking. She took it upon herself to carefully learn the methodology required for making great desserts each and every day.

Her artistic sensitivity and understanding of colors, shapes, and decor gave her the additional lift to master this delicious and incredibly beautiful art.

Self-taught, Lia constantly battled trial and error, success, and failure to now place herself amongst the very best professional bakers. No matter the size of the challenge or the complexity of the task, she is sure to work hard and give her very best so that her baked goods are not only stunningly beautiful to the eye but incredibly delicious to the taste.

Although The Sweet Spot is still a home bakery, she always maintains the highest sanitary standards, regulations, and measures to ensure her baked goods are delivered with the same standards as a professional bakery.
